Welcome
The Landhaus Taurer is a familiar guesthouse set in sunny and peaceful location in a wide open valley at the end of the Kaisertal valley, at 1,500m above sea level.
Rooms, activity
Apart from hiking tours you can also try climbing or glacier hiking with Hans, our experienced mountain guide.Children usually like to join you on such tours.
The 'Mickey Mouse tower' in Kals gives our younger guests the opportunity to try climbing.
Ski hiking is a treat for skiers. Around the Großglockner you will find several routes for beginners and advanced.
Climbing the Großglockner mountain in Winter is a special challenge and experience.
Mountain guide Hans will be pleased to deal with inquiries.
Lake Dorfer is a popular outing destination for young and old. Hike through wild and romantic Daba gorge, on to Bergeralm Alpine hut and Kalser Tauernhaus. Hiking time from our farm house to the lake: 2 - 3 hours.
Our rooms all have private facilities, balcony and furniture made from pine wood.
Have breakfast or a chat in the lounge equipped with untreated wooden furniture
