Platán Park Hotel was formerly a mansion of the Batthany Family. It was converted into a hotel in the 1990’s.
Fly Balaton, an International Airport, ( 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel ), has recently started daily flights to and from England, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.
The Hotel is ideally situated near the thermal spa of Kehidakustány 3 miles away,and the spa of Hévíz 13 miles away. Lake Balaton is 18 miles away from the Hotel.There is a regular public transport to and from these places.
