Welcome

Hotel Famulus**** is situated within easy walking distance of the baroque town centre and is located next to the Árkád Shoppong Centre.

Rooms

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with LCD TV, phone, high-speed Internet Access, Minibar, hair drier. Cots are available for the small children and some rooms can accomodate and extra bed if required. Two rooms have been speciffically designated and equipped for our disabled guests. These have easy wheelchair access, large bathrooms and a convenient location so as to ensure guests comfort.

The hotel complies with all health and safety regulations. All rooms are equipped with a heat and smoke detector.

We can confidently say, that the combination of our kitchen staff, our catering team and the flexible layout of the restaurant make the brasserie an attractive place for a cosy dinner, a birthday celebration with friends or a business lunch with international busieness contacts.

In the Podium Restaurant we can guarantee for our guests an enjoyable concert experience beside the nice dinner on Friday and Saturday. The restaurant offers young and talented musicians their first steps in front of a real audience. The evening entertainment possibilities also includes kareokee.

Győr is situated half way between Budapest and Vienna.
This colorful town abounds in architectural, cultural and natural treasures.
The „city of rivers” – the Arrabona of the Romans, the seat of the 1000 years old Episcopate, where Napoleon won the bottle in 1809 is a popular tourist city in view of the nice downtown and the beautiful baroque buildings.
The radial road network of the settlement connects Slovakia from the north, Austria from the west, Lake Balaton from the south and Budapest from the east to the town, the heart of Kisalföld ("The Small Plains"). Thanks to the good geographical position of Győr you can explore the countryside which ensures a range of sights and experience for the tourists.
