The BBC Wildlife Magazine and the Natural History Museum of London has been organizing The Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition about the beauty and diversity of the Earth for over thirty years.

This year the Hungarian National History Museum will give home to the most successful pictures of the last year for the second time. For the 2007 competition over 32 thousand entries of either photographs or slides were sent in from 78 countries. The panel of judges consisted of 10 people, including Milán Radisics, president of NaturArt.

The overall winner is Szergej Gorskov with his picture of a Kamchatka bear. Further winners include: Csaba Karai, Orsolya Haarberg, Béla Násfay, Márk Somogyi, Tibor Dombovári. The exhibition is open every day, except Tuesdays.
